We are a Swiss holiday resort that is particularly well suited for family holidays. The tourism service providers gear their offers specifically to the needs of the "family" guest group. We continuously seek to improve the quality of, and pay special attention to the sustainability of our services.

Chateaubriand or double sirloin steak is a double steak from the head or middle of the beef fillet. We serve this in the classic way with vegetables and boiled potatoes.

The flambéed meat skewer with beef fillet medallions, rice & other side dishes is served with five different cold sauces, fresh fruit and a salad.
