Your room wil be at your disposal from 14.00 hrs onwards. If you would like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us to explore the mountain world. You can check in untill 21.00 hrs. Check-in after 21.00 hrs is only possible by prior arrangement.
On the day of departure, your room will be at your disposal until 10.00 hrs. You can leave your luggage at the reception until your departure.
Are available at the reception.
Bath towels are available at the reception. Sauna towels are available at the entrance to the SPA area.
Open daily from: 11.00 – 23.00 hrs.
The bus stop “Grächen Zentrum” is 650m away. The bus line B551 takes you to St. Niklaus.
Our “Bike Chalet” is available for your bikes at any time. The bike room is locked and is not accessible to anyone without a key.
From 07.15 hrs coffee / tea and croissants are available in the restaurant.
From 07.30 – 10.30 hrs the regular breakfast buffet is ready for you. “En güete!”
For your E-cars, 2 charing stations are available on the village squeare. For e-bikes we offer various charing stations. The e-bike charing station is located at the back of the hotel in our “Bike Chalet”.
Dogs are welcome with the exeptionf of the dining room (CHF20.- per day without food). Please note that your room will not be cleaned if you leave your dog unattended in the room.
If you do not want to be disturbed in your room, please hand the red “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Please note that if you have a the red card showing, your room will not be cleaned.
E-mountain bikes in various sizes are available free of charge for half a day. Informationen is available at the reception (summer season).
You can pay your bill on the day of arrival or the day before departure in oder to get a quick check-out on the day of departure.
in the basement you will find a modern fitness room with all amenities.

In Grächen there is a burcher’s shop, bakeries, a petrol station, several clothing and sports shops and various supermarkets (Coop, Denner & Volg).

If you require a specific type of pillow, we offer the following selection:

- Millet pillows
- Scheep’s wool/li>
- Natural rubber
Please always take your room key with ou if you are going to be out later then 23.00 hrs, as the main entrance is then locked. If you return later, use the rear entrance.
In the event of a fire, please use the marked emergency exits (corridor) and proceed immediately to the rear emergency exit. The assembly point is underneath the Hotel Hannigalp next to the bellevue house (large stone). PLEASE DO NOT USE THE LIFT! Thank you.

The tokens can be collected from the reception. For hotel guests they are free of charge, for external guest the cost CHF 1 per token. The oudoor jaccuzi is only accessible to privat spa guests.

If you hand in your laundry before 09.00 hrs, you will receive it back by 18.00 hrs on the same day. Please us the laundry bag and fill out the laundry form, both of which are available at the reception.
Luggage-free, carefree travel. You want to travel by public transport but don’t want to carry your luggage yourself. Simply organise your transport via SBB. Click on the following lunk for further information and bookings: SBB Luggage Service Your luggage will be brought to the Volg Post office in Grächen and we will collect it for you and bring it to the hotel and vice versa.
Notify us the vening before by 21.00 hrs if you would like a packed lunched with cold or hot drinks. CHF 15.- per person. (2 sandwiches, fruit, tea/coffee or a mineral drink)

20m next to the valley station of the Hannigalp calbe car, we have a ski room with heated lockers for rent. Keycard available at the recetion. (deposit CHF 5.-)
In the winter we drive you daily between 08.00 – 14.00 hrs to the valley station Hannigalp. You will have to make your own way back to the hotel.

The sports centre is located above the valley station. You can reach it from there or via the Tomasplatterweg in the centre. The following sports can be practised: tennis, badminton, clibing, fitness & table tennis. Show your MVH+ Guest Card for discounts and free services.

The table tennis table is located in the hotel’s children’s playground . You can get a racket and a ball at the reception.
